OK, so it’s a rather unusual question! I agree, but these thoughts pop in my head…Like I always say, my mind is a mystery even to me. I just go with the thoughts and write, it needs to be done! 😉 That means more questions for you kind readers of course, hope nobody minds.
What is on your refrigerator door? If you all tell me, it would make my day and the twinnie’s, too. Autumn laughed at first about this particular subject, thinking I was kidding! Imagine, the twinnie thought I was joking around with her. When she finished laughing, she said…What a fun idea! Go figure, first she laughs, then she agrees…Was the twinnie humoring me? 😉 Of course not, Autumn never humors me, well very rarely. We’ll go with that…I digress so easily, don’t I?
I do believe it’s a twin thing…We are talking sometimes and nobody can keep track of our conversations. We skip around, finish each others sentences and it can be a real wild ride listening to us. Back to our refrigerator doors! I have such a variety of things, but it’s organized chaos.
The latest pictures the cute little nephews draw me, inspirational words and quotes. Angels, most are magnets and a few are pictures. One of the angels is the front of a card, that simply says Peace, very unusual. I have the cutest pictue I just found, clipped out of a newspaper. It’s a bunny and a deer touching foreheads surrounded by snow…It is adorable! I have a cross that says “I’m on a mission from God“, I have had that a long time. A lamenated picture of my Dad fishing, it was snapped by a photographer in the ’90’s. It was in the newspaper and I love it, Dad so loved his fishing.
Oh my goodness, that is quite the list! I swear it does not look overloaded, really it doesn’t. Besides that would be rather tacky. Anyway, somebody would have told me… My family and friends are not shy in the slightest!
What does Autumn have on her refrigerator door? Well, her list sounds rather tame and much smaller, but here goes! She has the same lamenated picture of our Dad, a large peace symbol, some very cool magnets of the sun, stars and moon. Oh yeah, a lovely picture of her and her darling man…quite tasteful. The latest little nephew drawings, of course and last but certainly not least a picture of Ozzie Osbourne, ask the twinnie about that one is all I have to say!
OK, now that I have told you all what is residing on the twinnies refrigerator doors, please share! What is on yours? We would love to hear…You do have something hanging on your refrigerator doors, right? Hmm…Well, maybe not! Either way, please do let us know. If you think us terribly tacky…Please say nothing! 😉 I am kidding, as always we twinnies will not be offended…Promise! Now share you kind readers, please share! 🙂 🙂
I’m laughing about Ozzy being on my frig. door 🙂 Well, he is still rocking 😉 and my Darling Man doesn’t find him offensive 😉 lol. I’m anxious to see what the other readers think. TF ❤ = Twins Forever
Ozzie is cool, glad YDM doesn’t mind the picture! 😉 I am wondering what the kind readers might have to say, too! 🙂 TF <3=Twins Forever
My fridge looks almost exactly like yours! packed with coupons and phone#s and prize winning artwork and picture we love..it’s where everyone visits most often in the house so of course we put the most important stuff there. Great post. You’re going to have to put a bad one up just so we don’t get too spoiled here.LOL! Blessings to you my friend.-watw
I always thought everyone was like us and that’s where the important stuff goes. My two youngest nephews are always drawing new pictures for me, what sweet little boys. You are so sweet and very kind to say that about my posts! Sometimes I worry they are a bit flaky or unusual, but thanks for your encouragement! Blessings back to you! 🙂
I have a Stamped Christmas art piece Aliesha made this season with little presents and Santas on it. A 5×7 photo of my nieces and nephew, a sugar cookie recipe, photo magnet of Aliesha in 4th grade, youth group winter camp schedule, (commencing tomorrow) 6 Hello Kitty magnets and a Hello Kitty notepad! Great post!!
That is some very awesome stuff you have on that refrigerator Lori! You have Hello Kitty magnets and notepad, I am jealous! 😉 Just kidding of course! Youth group winter camp starting sounds like fun. 🙂 Lori, thanks so much for saying such a nice thing about my post! I am happy you liked it and thanks for telling us what’s on your refrigerator door. 🙂
what a lovely post ..and thank God your refrigerator door looks like that…oh on mine is almost every thing..all paintings my daughter made and insisted we put it there and exam time table( from last year!! got to take it out) and some random pics i dont even remember why they were posted there, some magnetic flower and teddy bear buttons..some tattoos which came free with chips and biscuits and landed up on the door..god its a huge collage of every thing there….i dont even remember how it was before we started sticking things on it.
Thanks for enjoying this post Soma. 🙂 Your refrigerator door sounds like it has many treasures on it, too! A huge collage of everything is a fun thing, those pictures painted must stay put! I know, I am now wondering the same thing…What did the refrigerator door once look like?! 🙂
Magnets with photos of places I have been are on my fridge. Pics my nieces drew for me, magnets with pics of nieces and nephews, school lunch schedule, after-school activities. Magnets with doctor’s office numbers. List of IMPORTANT phone numbers, needing an update methinks. And…magnet WANNABEES, on their last legs they are so old and decrepit, can’t bring myself to toss them out quite yet! Old friends! 🙂
Your refrigerator door sounds like fun, too! 🙂 All special and important things adorn it, I had to laugh at the “Wannabee magnets”! That’s a good thing to call them, you will know when the right time is to toss them out. After all, like you said…They are old friends! 🙂
I wish there was a plug in where you could attach a pic to a reply. well I have lots of magnets. I think magnet are my thing. I do have a shopping list magnet that I never use…I think I just enjoy the idea that it fits my fridge. I have little turtle magnets that I got as a christmas present. They are soooo cute! I got emergency contact magnets, and suprisingly no pictures. When I lived at my parent’s place I’d put pics up but this time around after living on my own with my sister in our apartment, we haven’t had any inspiration to put any up. I think I should think about putting some up lol. 😀
What a fun idea, we need a plug to attach a pic as a reply! 🙂 Turtle magnets would be so cute, I don’t think I have ever seen a turtle one. No pics on your refrigerator surprises me, you need to get pics up there! That is so cool that you and your twin live together, I love it and what fun! Together you two will come up with some good stuff for that refrigerator of yours I just know it! 🙂
Right now we still have the snowman magnets up…. it’s way cool! Turns the fridge into a snowman!
What an awesome thought! 🙂 Your fridge looks like a big old snowman, with all those magnets! 🙂
What a great post, Gabby! It’s funny you asked this, because today, I updated our family pics on the frig from our Christmas trip. We also have magnets of places we’ve been , school schedules, I printed out the Rainbow Bridge poem my sister sent me when our dog died, with Lucky’s photo on it, and it’s on the frig. School schedules make their way, along with a small dry erase board where we write lists, or quotes, or things like TGIF, or Merry Christmas, etc. Anyway, that’s about it! So, thanks for a fun post! 🙂
Your frig sounds so much fun Lauren! I just loved everything you have on there. Dave and I used to leave each other messages like that, too. Isn’t that something you just updated you family pics today. Oh, Lucky and the Rainbow Bridge poem… The memories are so important to keep. Thanks for telling me what was on your frig and you are so welcome for a fun post. I sure try to make them all fun! 🙂 Take care Lauren, praying you all are feeling a bit better with those colds.
Mine looks like yours, my lil girls art work covers
the fridge doors along with the magnetic alphabet
Yay for the kids being artistic! My little nephews keep me very well supplied, my late husband and I weren’t blessed with kids of our own. Your little girl loves to do art work, that makes me smile! 🙂
