So many hugs

they’re so much in love

Flowers in hand

Kitty love is fun

they can’t wait to say “I do”

these kitties knew

they love each other

She’s the fairy of love

flying so high up above

Singing as she goes along

Her string of hearts are very strong

She wants everyone to smile

all that live across the miles

Her favorite color is red

Remembering Dad on Father’s Day

This is a day for Autumn and me to honor and celebrate our Dad‘s life. He is no longer with us and every Father’s Day is somewhat difficult for us. We lost our Dad to evil cancer almost 9 years ago, as most of you kind readers know. This year we decided just some thoughts about our Dad and sharing some Father’s Day quotes would be a good thing. We were blessed with the most awesome and loving Dad, he was also our friend. Dad was so loved by our big family, countless friends and he just had that way of including everyone in the love and caring. Being Italian, he looked after all 6 of his daughters and if the guys had intentions of marriage…Dad made sure they were in it with love and total commitment. He was the best Husband to our Mom and Father to all 6 of us, as well as being the best Grandpa! I’m not bragging and trumping any of this up, honestly because it is the absolute truth. One thing that made Dad special is we all just knew whatever bad or sad thing that was going on in our lives he would sure do his level best to fix. He made us laugh, he loved us joining in singing and our house was filled with music. We all learned to love nature and being out-of-doors with camping, hiking, swimming, and the list goes on! He was just the best, we all miss him very much. He knows this of course, Dad is busy watching over all of us from Heaven. As long as his memory is kept alive, he will always be with us…Happy Father’s Dad, we love you!

Midnight on the Beach

Under the shining moon

a beautiful night in June

singing me a tune

My Music man does

showing so much love

kisses and smiles

as we walk for a while

back on the beach

the stars within our reach

his hand in mine

feeling so fine

we walk and we talk ~

running out of words never

we can converse forever

so we walk our steps in tune

Angel on a Cloud

See the angel on the cloud

she should be very proud

sending messages of love

from up above

If you’re lucky you will see

that good that is meant to be

sprinkling and soaring around

making not a sound

yet one can feel it in the air

it flows without a care

The Angel on a cloud in blue

wants joy and love so true

to reach the land

and make a stand

so all will know

that love can grow

The Goal

I was left, and you were right

It’s Make Up Your Own Holiday Day!

Is everybody ready for this bizarre and unusual holiday? It’s a really good one…Today really is Make Up Your Own Holiday! It’s going to be a simply marvelous day for all of us, I just have that feeling! 🙂 Yay…Think of the possiblities, it’s kind of exciting, don’t you think? Don’t you all want to make up your holiday? I know I do, so does Autumn…She is having as hard of a time as I am. The problem is only choosing one thing for our own holiday! It’s a lot to think about, isn’t it?

I know this isn’t a day on the calendar…But just for today let’s pretend it is! March 26th is now a real and true holiday! We get to name it and even celebrate it if we want to. Who is with the Twinnies? Any ideas or thoughts yet…Come on kind readers you can do it! 🙂 By the time you finish reading this post I sure do hope you have some fun ideas for a holiday. 🙂 Here goes mine, my holiday will be “Let’s All Spread Some Peace, Love and Happiness Day”! I like it, I want my holiday to be something wonderful and very feel good and I am celebrating, too! I will spread all the peace, love and happiness with me everywhere I go, with everyone I see! Look out world I am ready for my holiday to begin! 🙂 All this entire day and woe to anyone who dares to bring bad vibes around me! 😉 It’s good vibes only, all the way and all day!!

Some of you may be wondering what Autumn’s holiday is “Magic is All Around Us Day”! Did anybody see that one coming? 😉 The Twinnie does love her magic as we all know. I am with her on this one, it’s a fun and happening day! Everything is magical and do let your imaginations just soar she says! 🙂 Autumn is ready, too to venture out there in the world and bring magic to all she meets up with! Is that a magic wand I see in that Twinnie’s hand? Why, yes it is…Go Autumn! 🙂 This really is quite exciting!
